	The Family Lodge @ Stampark seeks to accommodate its residents and guests with a ‘home-away-from-home’ experience. The rooms and the living space within each unit are furnished with a touch of country feel but fitted to provide the comfort of contemporary needs with all the basic amenities of a modern hotel.

	Tucked next to Waterpark, it is an ideal lodging solution for those coming from afar and seeking to experience residency in an urban dwelling setting, without wanting to compromise modern day-to-day comfort and recreational needs.
	All rooms at The Family Lodge are fitted with air-conditioning units. Basic amenities and toiletries are also provided. Other services available included free internet access, satellite TV, smart access card, 24-hour front desk, 24-hour security, laundry services, airport transfers and kitchenette facilities.

Registered guests and residents are accorded free access to the pool facilities of Waterpark and fitness clubs. The settings of The Lodge and Waterpark, combined with the friendliness of the service crew, will enable guests to quickly develop a comfort zone that makes their stay enjoyable and memorable.

Front Desk & Concierge

Our Front Desk at the Lodge Office is available 24 hours. Our Concierge or guest Relations Representative will be able to assist with local tours, transfers and reservations. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Telephone

Contact the Lodge Office through the intercom system and our staff will assist with your calls. All outside or international calls are chargeable to guests' accounts.

Satellite TV

Choose your favourite channels from the Astro Directory, which ranges from news to sports, movies, kids, weather and so forth.

WIFI & Internet

Complimentary Wifi connectivity and internet access is available 24 hours.

Laundry & Housekeeping

Laundry services are available at reasonable rates. For extra linens or towels, contact the Housekeeping section through our Front Desk.

Security

CCTV surveillance is available 24 hours at strategic areas. Guests are advised not to leave money or valuables in the room or house.

Food & Beverage

Sit back and relax while having some local delights at our Poolside Ala Carte and Waterpark Cafe. You can also order from the menu to enjoy in-room.

Swimming Pools

Soak in or take a swim at the Leisure Pool or Olympic Pool. Young children can have fun at the Kids’ Pool.

Fitness Clubs

Kinesis Wellness Club offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment and after exercising, wind down by going for a steam bath. For an outdoor workout experience, try our Poolside Fitness Club.

Sports Courts

There are four indoor badminton courts and three outdoor tennis courts available for booking for those who are up for a game or two.

Golfing

Our golfing representatives are on hand to advise and arrange for golfing at some of Sarawak’s best courses.

Transportation

The Kuching International Airport is just 5 minutes drive away. Transfers could be arranged for guests to and fro the airport.
